The bMORE resiliency CO*OP competition board was culmination of many years of research and design between Michael Hindle of Passive to Positive and Carri Beer of CommONEcology. The competition was hosted in 2015 by the AIA Baltimore Committee on the Environment and Resiliency and the City of Baltimore. The entry won “Most Resilient Concept.” Since then, the two have formally created a Regenerative Neighborhood Framework and are currently consulting on regenerative neighborhood plans in Baltimore, Pittsburgh and New York.
